History: From Caldecott County, Mississippi, her mutation first manifested during her first kiss. The boy (Cody) subsequently was put into a coma, and she was chased out of her town. She bounced around from place to place, before finally getting found by Mystique and Destiny. They raised her as their own, and because of it, she ended up working for the Brotherhood. After having inadvertantly absorbed all of Ms. Marvel's powers, she decided that this was not the life she wanted to lead, and left it. From there, she met up with Gambit, while wandering the country, and began their tumultuous relationship that, although there was passion, due to her mutation, nothing concrete happened to it. She had been traumatized by her first sexual experience and no amount of anything could lead her away from that. After time, it caused a rift between the two, and presently they haven't spoken in quite a while. Through all this, her friendship with Wolverine, a mutant she'd once met in a bar,grew stronger. Right now, she's single, and keeps to herself. It takes a lot for her to open up and trust anyone.
